Chris: Darrell came to me with the goal of building out a cohesive training program that could work well both at home and at the gym. We worked together to outline a program he ended up loving, and Darrell made a ton of progress with his training in the time we spent working together. He also wanted to dial things in with his nutrition, which we were able to do through setting up basic nutrition goals and being consistent on a daily and weekly basis.
