Client Transformation: Lauren’s Incredible Body Recomposition!


Meet Lauren!

Lauren and I started working together in 2020, and her transformation has been nothing short of incredible!

Lauren did a complete body recomposition, which is incredibly difficult to accomplish. She came to me wanting to lose some weight, but more importantly develop healthier habits and learn how to fuel her body effectively in support of her goals.

In order to successfully burn off body fat while building muscle, you need to be dialed in every day. You need to train hard, take care of your body, fuel yourself appropriately with adequate calories and protein, and be DAMN consistent!

Lauren did all of that, and more.

She displayed consistency and effort on a daily basis, never getting too high or too low and letting emotions get the best of her. She allowed for indulgences from time to time (which is so important to keep things sustainable) but didn’t let them derail her program or her goals.

In fact, the opposite happened. She stayed on track.

Through tracking her food and learning about nutrition, along with managing her workout routines to promote both muscle growth and fat loss, Lauren transformed her body and is ready to take the next step in her fitness journey!

From Lauren: “Working with Chris one-on-one during this fitness and nutrition journey has been nothing short of amazing! While I’m incredibly proud, and proved to myself what all I can accomplish, it wasn’t easy. I had to push hard everyday to stay on track of nutrition and continue to stay motivated for the workouts.

“I of course still got to enjoy the occasional pizza, chocolate and ice cream, but in moderation. Staying on top of meal prepping and tracking/measuring and weighing out all my food I believe was the key to my success during all of this.

“Chris gave me all the tools and motivation to really accomplish these things. Even when I was discouraged with the number on the scale, Chris kept me in a positive mindset and I knew I was getting stronger every day, regardless of what the scale said.

“I know I can still use all of these strategies moving forward, and it’s something I can continue in order to sustain a healthy lifestyle!”
