I’M SO DAMN MOTIVATED FOR 2019!!!
I’m not big into making New Year’s resolutions and whatnot, but I AM all about building and activating on any motivation you might have. So if you have a goal, or you’re motivated to start doing something in 2019, start planning NOW to achieve it!
I could not have imagined I’d have done half the stuff I did in 2018. Traveling to Hawaii, buying my dream car, starting my own business and becoming an entrepreneur were just some of the highlights. Those experiences have me all fired up about what lies ahead in 2019!
In regards to my fitness, I hit massive PR’s this year. As the video shows, 340-pound deadlifts are now just part of the daily routine. That’s huge!
Start planning for 2019. Set big goals, but also make smaller goals on the road to achieving greatness.
