My client Jeff recently reached the 1-year mark of his coaching journey, and his transformation has been pretty remarkable!

The most impressive part of his transformation has been his habits. My dude does the stuff that matters every week, and over time he’s made incredible progress!

Jeff has lost more than 20 pounds to date, but realistically he’s lost far more body fat.

Because he’s also crushed his strength training and built a TON of muscle and strength.

That’s a massive amount of body fat gone.

Inches take time, but the hard work is well worth it.

And Jeff has put in the hard work.

He’s been strength training 3-4 times a week consistently over the past year, and for the most part he’s been in a consistent calorie deficit.

And let’s talk about what I mean, when I say “for the most part.”

Because Jeff hasn’t driven his body into the ground.

We haven’t gone overboard and eliminated entire food groups, or jumped into overly aggressive workouts.

Jeff has had:

  • Fun weekends.
  • Stress-free vacations.
  • And he’s enjoyed his favorite foods along the way.

There’s a way to manage this stuff, make progress, and still love your life.

Jeff has struck a perfect balance.

And I’m so pumped to see what he achieves in Year 2 of coaching!
