Maxed out on squat this weekend and it resulted in a 25-pound PR!
This latest training cycle was cut a little bit short, but I still am quite happy with the results. A 290-pound squat is something I’m pretty proud of, considering I only started training for powerlifting 1.5 years ago.
I’m getting stronger and am feeling good. Now, the focus shifts to dropping weight while maintaining strength. Ready to smash some new goals!
