How to Get Support
As your coach, I’m here to support you with whatever you need. And so is the Training Camp community!
In this module, we’ll cover exactly how you can get support, via a variety of options:
- The private Facebook group.
- Posting questions.
- Getting exercise feedback.
- Getting feedback on your diet.
- Participating in weekly check-ins.
- Live and recorded Q&As.
There are no silly questions. The only thing that’s silly is not asking!
