Why Training Camp?
It might not seem like it right now, but the busiest time of year is almost here.
It’s currently summer, but we’re not far from:
- Kids going back to school.
- Activities picking up.
- Football and fall sports kicking into high gear.
- The holiday season.
- Road trips, vacations, and more.
And that’s a difficult stretch of time to manage, which is where Training Camp comes into play.
When you sign up, you and I will build a training and nutrition program that’s tailored to you, and I’ll be there every step of the way to guide and support you through the process.
I’ll also challenge you along the way to develop healthy habits that stick, and push you to be as consistent as you possibly can be.
I’ll remove all of the guesswork so you can just show up, put in the work, and have confidence that what you’re doing is working. And along the way, I’ll teach you the fundamental principles of diet and exercise so that you can learn to manage your health and fitness.
Features of Training Camp
- You and I will have weekly check-ins to monitor your progress and plan for the week ahead.
- You’ll receive access to my client portal โ a series of video modules that dive deep into training, nutrition, and how to manage your progress.
- There will be monthly challenges to build healthy habits, with prize winners selected at the end of each month.
- Prizes include new home gym equipment, fitness supplements, Amazon gift cards, and more.
- I will also host private Q&As where you can have your questions answered, as well as hear the questions and answers from other folks involved in Training Camp.
- And a select number of people will have the opportunity to continue with 1-on-1 online fitness coaching after Training Camp concludes!

And since it was such a beneficial and successful experience, I’ve been game planning all year for this next round of Training Camp.

- Training Camp participants lost a combined 120+ pounds of body fat last year.
- They dropped 34 combined inches across their waistlines.
- But it’s not all about losing weight. These folks jumped into their own custom strength training programs and added quite literally hundreds of pounds to their pressing, squatting, rowing, and other lifts.
