I’ve taken the entire 2022 March Madness bracket and turned it into your own brand new workout routine!
And the fun part is, you don’t have to worry about your favorite team winning, or picking all of the right winners!
In this bracket, each team in the tournament is assigned an exercise, and each region of the tournament is assigned either an upper body workout, or a lower body workout.
As the games play out, and as teams win, each exercise associated with a winning team becomes part of your new workout program!
By the end of the first round of the tournament, you’ll have a four-day training split:
- You’ll start with Upper Body 1, followed by Lower Body 1, and then Upper Body 2 and Lower Body 2.
- Do the workouts in that order on any day of the week, each week.
- Each winning team’s exercise becomes part of your new workout routine.
- You’ll perform 3 sets of 8-10 reps for each exercise.
