I’m excited to announce Month-to-Month Coaching!

Month-to-Month Coaching is a service for people who are looking for structure and a little bit of guidance along the way in their fitness journey.

If you’ve ever wondered if what you’re doing in the gym is correct, or if you’ve ever felt lost when it comes to putting together your own workouts, this service is for you!

If you need someone to provide you with feedback and motivation regarding what you’re doing with your fitness, this service is for you.

Or, if you just generally want to start taking your health and fitness a bit more seriously, this service is for you!

If you sign up for Month-to-Month Coaching, you and I will work together to assemble a fitness program that is sustainable and enjoyable. We’ll talk about your goals, your preferences, and your lifestyle and put together a plan that works.

Once finalized, you’ll have a fitness program mapped out for the next month. You’ll have a clear understanding of what you need to do each day in order to progress. And, you’ll have my support along the way.

If you sign up for Month-to-Month Coaching, you have e-mail access to me for support. Any questions, comments, or feedback along the way are up for grabs. Just shoot me an e-mail, and I’ll be in touch as your coach.

All of this, for $50 per month.

Here’s a simple breakdown of the Month-to-Month Coaching Process:

  1. You inquire about Month-to-Month Coaching
  2. Pay the $50 fee
  3. We collaborate on assembling your monthly program
  4. Once finalized, your monthly program starts
  5. E-mail me at any time with questions, comments, or feedback
  6. Prior to the end of your monthly program, I’ll touch base to see if you’re interested in signing up for another month

There’s no contract. You’re not locked into anything long term.

This is simply a monthly coaching service I want to offer to help as many people as possible.

I see way too many people suffering through unnecessary workouts. I see so many people overtraining or under training. I constantly see people in the gym that need help. And I’ve had a bunch of conversations over the last year with people who just need some direction and motivation.

The other coaching service I provide — One-on-One coaching — is for individuals serious about bettering themselves through fitness and nutrition. It’s a very intensive coaching process that delivers outstanding results.

With that said, it’s not for everyone. Not everyone wants or needs video calls, texts, daily check-ins, etc. Some people just want a coach to provide some motivation and direction.

That’s what Month-to-Month Coaching is all about.
