“It was a reasonable starting point for me and I’m honestly amazed at how much strength I gained in only a couple weeks. I know for me personally I have the drive and the will to commit myself, but I had trouble in the past ‘formatting’ or coming up with daily regimen through the week. I think, at least in my opinion, that is where people tend to struggle or kind of give up on their goal. To have someone more or less set up what I’m doing each day helps me, and the template places a positive form of accountability on my shoulders. Being able to comment and give feedback on my workouts also gives me incentive, if that makes sense. Having something to look forward to makes me excited to complete it and be able to respond about what’s working, what can change, and how I feel.”
