Why aren’t you progressing? Maybe it’s because you’re not giving yourself enough time to actually progress.
I think there are two major problems people run into when pursuing their health and fitness goals. 1) They “program hop” because the results don’t come quick enough. 2) They don’t have a logical, structured plan in the first place.
Don’t start 2019 by making these mistakes. Get on some type of program that is geared towards your goals. Need one? Hit me up. Having a plan is critical.
Then, stick to that damn program through thick and thin. If you don’t see progress in a week, or two, or three, guess what? Nobody does!
Making progress takes time. Commit to the process. Don’t overthink things. Crush it every day.
In this workout: Technique squats. Low weight, higher reps. Focus is on squat depth and speed out of the hole.
