Online coaching has been around for a while now, but for many it’s still a relatively new concept.
You might be thinking, “so you’re my coach, but we’re not in the gym together… Why would I do that?”
Well, that’s a fair question. As online coaching has evolved over the last decade, some clear benefits have emerged.
Cost
The average personal trainer in a gym will cost you around $50 an hour. Multiply that by 3-5 days a week and then four or so weeks a month… The cost can really get out of control in a hurry. With what I offer, you’re getting twice the support for less than half the cost.
Comprehensive Coaching
A personal trainer will work with you on your fitness for 30-60 minutes in the gym. Want a meal plan? That’s gonna cost you extra.
With online coaching, you have access to me any time of day and will receive coaching on your health, fitness, training, nutrition and wellness — at no extra cost. It’s all included, because I want you to get the most possible value out of being my client.
Flexibility
Life is busy. You’ve got a lot going on, whether it be with work, school, kids or something else. Online coaching provides you the flexibility to fit health and fitness into your life, regardless of how busy you might be. We’re able to customize meals and workouts for any situation to keep you on track to reach your goals.
With online coaching, you can train whenever you want and wherever you want, as opposed to having to fit into a personal trainer’s busy schedule at a commercial gym. We’ll outline a plan, and you can go execute it when it’s most optimal for you!
One-on-one Time
As my client, we’ll set aside time each week dedicated to talking about your training and nutrition, as well as what’s going on in your life and how we might be able to optimize things. While working out is important, the other 23 hours of the day are important, too. With a personal trainer in a gym, you have to balance conversation and training at the same time. Instead of that, we’ll prioritize our conversation and review your program, making adjustments based on your needs.
Expertise
Most personal trainers can go online and get a certificate relatively easy. It doesn’t make them experts, and it certainly doesn’t make them qualified to handle your health. I have a master’s level education in health and fitness, and I’m constantly researching and practicing what’s new in the field. When I give you advice, you’ll know it’s backed with sound reasoning.
